SMH Senior Girls retain the title!

It was a bleak and wet day which met the runners in the North West Cross Country Championship and the rain was a constant companion, finding the smallest of gaps in the best of waterproofs.  Hats off to the runners who took all this in their stride.  SMH were the hosts and the magnificent Stonyhurst Park Golf Course was the venue.  The SMH senior girls had a hard act to follow after last year's triumph, but they were equal to the test and retained the title!  Bravo!

It was a tough day for the marshalls, too.
