A Seasonal end to the term explores the different dimensions of Easter.
Mrs Jaqueline Hines gave a seasonal presentation to the school to explore and investigate the magnificent painting by Leonardo da Vinci: The Last Supper. Of course, there is enormous interest in the painting following a recent book and Hollywood film. However, the myths created by these were exploded methodically by Mrs Hines and we were able to appreciate Leonardo's true genius as it appeared through the painting. To finish, volunteers were called for to create our own SMH version of the painting, which you can see in the following photographs.

In the meantime, we have been doing our own painting and the subject has been seasonal, but in a much more light-hearted way. Our medium? Eggs!
We wish you all a very Happy and Holy Easter.
