When the sun shines ... let's have fun!

Of late, the weather all over the country has been of the type commonly referred to as "bleak".   We have avoided the blizzard conditions suffered by other regions, much to the chagrin of every member of the community, so sledging on Paradise Hill has been postponed for the time being.  Snow is forecast, however, but then they always say that, don't they.  When the sun shines, SMH has fun and, during a saunter around the school during 2nd Rec, your scribe caught plenty of evidence of this on camera.  See what you think.

SMH is set against the glorious backdrop of Pendle Hill, which the winter sunshine has highlighted in all its splendour.

Skipping, a perennial favourite, has become one of several crazes which are now the mode here. Ready, steady ...

The picnic tables have proved popular for those with a more sedate form of relaxation in mind.

As the normal hurly-burly of 2nd Rec continued, out trooped the under 9's and 10's, ready for their Games session.

Another craze ... diabolos.
